All over the world, super powerful nations rule others. The basis of national development is undoubtedly well managed progressive systems. Institutions are well established systems meeting demands of the citizens of a nation or an entity. Most African countries are mismanaged by our leaders, hence systems do not work properly. Systems are are like machinery with every part rotating or working to affect other parts from input to output. Nation’s system work from top-down (Government officials to Grassroots) with all bodies working effectively to achieve an all-round development. Imagine if systems work properly in Ghana.
Leaders who are mostly older than the majority youth would not have explain themselves, telling bluntant lies to the public against their own integrity. If systems work, our leaders would have to less work than stressing over covering up budget loopholes and rising against thier own selves. Imagine if the leaders were focusing on what is more important than having ‘caucus’ meetings to defend themselves. Oldmen whose childern need to scrutinize you for your actions, is this not shameful enough to stop misleading the country. Over 15 years in Ghana, we have heard leaders promising projects which are not feasible and have to come back to defend the lies. If systems work, our leaders would have peace of mind and intergrity.

Child development is directly influenced by systems in the society. If we had proper structures, growing up as a child would follow a road map. We wouldn’t need to stress over failure in school and what next. The school structure is sadly unstable since the last 3 governments in power. The Senior High School where child brain development is influenced by the societal influence refered to as peer pressure. The existing structures are forcing every child to dream of traveling abroad to be able to become successful. Leaders need to build systems which would trigger Ghanaians to stay in Ghana to build Ghana. Enough of the brain drain!
In as much as Ghana is a peaceful country, majority of us go through hardship. A well structured system would ensure everyone is in capture in the bigger picture. We would be a be more happier than we are today. There wouldn’t be the need to travel out to be happy. Imagine there is a 50 years development plan every government adopts to continuous development. Imagine if you do not have to stress to get employment because the system has empowered others in the country to produce beyond borders capturing neighboring countries as consumers. Imagine child birth and healthcare is more easier than 37 surgery beds in Korlebu for the whole Ghana.
The world loves and respect Ghana. Blacks around the world want to come home. Building powerful systems is not far fetched. Dubai is a vivid example of a less than 20 year enormous growth. Do we need Monarchy?
